Had a fantastic stay at a hotel with a great view. Although the hill was challenging, the tuk tuk service was very convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly. The area was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is small and quaint. There is a beautiful view, but there is a long walk up a hill to reach the hotel. No taxi that I found would drive me up. The owner is pleasant. A nice place if you don't need much assistance. Stunning view.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. the price was incredible for what you get. The value for money is unbeatable. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms not only had a balcony but also a kitchen, which was a fantastic addition. Lastly, the location on top of a very steep hill provided a stunning ocean view that was truly breathtaking.
The only minor downside I found was that the pool was temporarily out of action.

The hotel was modern, clean and well located, only a 10 minute walk from the beach and all the activities. The fact it was not in the middle of everything was a bonus as the lifestyle in Patong can be a bit "tiring". The pool was not big but big enough - you would be very happy to have it in your back yard. Don't plan on having meals there but restaurants are only a short walk away. There is a 7-11 across the street open all night and taxis easily available. The driveway is steep but some excercise is a good thing. Philippe the owner was very helpful. The view from my top floor room was great. I would stay at this hotel again. I didn't take the kichenette.

The lady that greeted me was very nice.
This hotel was advertised as ocean view. There was no ocean view and also no mention of the steep driveway to get to it. I ended up checking out after one night as the driveway was impossible for me to manage as I had just had surgery and was unwell. The owner was not happy about this and stated I had to pay 2 nights as opposed to the one due to Booked.net regs. It was almost like he took it personally, even after explaining that it was a nice and peaceful place he kept on about me getting a scooter so I could get up the drive which I told him was impossible due to my surgery. So I paid for 2 nights. Then after checking my emails from Booked.net clearly stated I only had to pay for one.

This hotel is located on top of a very steep hill, which may be difficult to climb, but it's worth it for the stunning views over the bay of a busy area nearby. Despite being near the noise and action of the town, the hotel feels quiet and isolate– it really is a little oasis away from nightlife. the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds, and the staff is incredibly accommodating and attentive. Plus, the breakfast they serve is delicious.
The hotel is not located in a convenient spot for those who want to be closer to the nightlife attractions.

- Beds were very hard - The climb up the hill to the hotel was a bit of a challenge, although the view was very nice to look at

Manager/owner Philippe is very friendly and welcoming. Staff dont get in your way. Rooms look new.
The entrance is a very steep walk up. Gradient must have been at least 40 degrees. Taxis and tuk tuks always complain abt going up the slope. If you ride a bike, this place is perfect

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, with comfy chairs on the balcony where you can relax and enjoy the great view. The location of this hotel is a real highlight, situated on a high hill with a steep slope, offering stunning views of the surroundings.
Everything was fine and there were no major issues.

The size of the room & the bed, the friendliness of the owner, and the view. The fact that it was a 5 minute walk from the main town which provided you with a peaceful environment to relax in
It is a climb to the hotel, as mentioned in previous reviews. The climb doesn't take long but it is steep and worth it for the peace at the top. Dependent how fit you are it will get your lungs and your heart pumping - you will be fitter at the end or your break :-)

My husband and I (middle age couple) stayed at the hotel for 18 nights and were really happy that we've chosen this hotel. The view from the hotel is excellent, as it is located on the hill. You have to walk (sweating) 1-2 min up the hill to the hotel, but you are rewarded for it having beautiful view and cooler air at the top. At the same time this is your opportunity to exercise. The owners of the hotel Philip and Nana are really friendly and try to help with any requests you might have and give practical advices. They give you a feel of old friends. It was really friendly relationships and we were really sorry to leave at the end of our stay! We enjoyed our holiday very much in their hotel and I think we will come back one day again!

I had an amazing stay at a hotel close to all the action in this city. The location was just perfect! It is only a short walk to the beach, but still very quiet and isolated. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool which was a really good size and never too busy. The staff was very kind and helpful and always willing to accommodate any requests that I had. The cleanliness was also top-notch, with the room being cleaned and restocked daily.
No negatives come to mind.

The rooms were really nice and the veiw of the town, beach and harbour was amazing
The beds in the room were not comfortable and when we left one evening we came back to find our door wide open with the maids keys in the door but no one around the keys stayed in the door for several hours.meaning if we hadn't come back to the room it would have been wide open the whole time we were not impressed about that.
